A CRAY-1 Cross Assembler.

Abstract

A CRAY-1 cross assembler is described. It is written in Fortran, and developed on an Amdahl 470/V6. The source code accepted is very close to that of the CRAY Research assembler, and the object code produced is compatible with the University of Michigan CRAY-1 simulator. The assembler and simulator form a powerful tool for developing assembly language programs. (Author)
