Computation of the Performance of Optical Interference Filters Used in Focused Optical Systems Having an Extended Field of View.

Abstract

The computation of the effective spectral transmission of an interference filter when it is used in the focused beam of an optical system with an extended field of view is described. The performance of a Fabry-Perot filter in a typical lens system is discussed. (Author)
