Abstract

The Program Master Plan documents the development approach for the Navy Readiness Reporting and Analysis System (NRRAS). It describes the management organization and responsibilities for NRRAS under two alternatives; steady state funding over a seven year period (FY-78-84), and an accelerated time frame of five years (FY-78-82). The Plan encompassess: major annual development objectives, significant scheduled events, detailed description of each year's tasks, major milestones and costs. (Author)
