Flameless Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometric Analysis for Lewisite (L).

Abstract

A procedure for the Flameless Atomic Absorption Spectroscopic analysis of chemical agent Lewisite is given. The analysis is performed on specimens that have been hydrolyzed by solutions, and measures the amount of arsenic present. The method is simple and sensitive, and can be used to analyze air monitoring samples when collected in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. (Author)
