Effectiveness of Navy Advertising.
Abstract
This analysis was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of Navy recruiting advertising in producing fully qualified, first-term enlistments during calendar years 1976 and 1977. Advertising expenditures and enlistment data were allocated to the county level by month. Advertising expenditures for the general enlisted program included national media, local advertising by recruiting districts, and the recruiting aids utilized by recruiting districts.
