Analysis of Air Force Solid Waste Management Practices.

Abstract

This report discusses solid waste management practices within the Air Force. The discussion is organized according to a specific area of the waste management function, namely: type of mission function/activity; generation characteristics; collection practices; processing activities; disposal practices; costs; and recycling. The report includes comparison of waste management practices on a selected command-by-command basis, and with national data, whenever available. (Author)
