Construction and Performance of Platinum Probes for Measurements of Redox Potential.

Abstract

A simple method is described for construction and testing of platinum oxidation-reduction probes in the laboratory. The probes are 'blacked' with platinic chloride to increase their lifetime. Methods of standardization and problems encountered are discussed. (Author)
