The Instructional Quality Inventory. I. Introduction and Overview

Abstract

Instructional System Development (ISD), a systematic method for developing military instruction, is used by the military services to develop or revise a large portion of the training courses. The Instructional Quality Inventory (IQI) was developed to provide quality control/evaluation procedures for ISD. This report is designed to acquaint managers of instructional development efforts, evaluators of instruction, contract monitors, and others with the IQI process. (Author)
