Ammunition Loading and Firing Test Pretest Physical Conditioning of Female Soldier Participants

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to present the physical conditioning program which was utilized in conditioning 13 female soldiers in order that they could successfully load and fire the 105mm (M101A1) and the 155mm (M114A1) howitzers. The program incorporated cardiovascular, strength, and endurance exercises. (Author)
