CARMONETTE Battalion Level Gaming Conducted for Division Restructuring Evaluation.

Abstract

This study examined the combat effectiveness of four alternative battalion task forces in various combat scenarios. CARMONETTE was used to model the combat. The report contains a description of the four alternative organizations, a discussion of the analysis methodology used, the results of the CARMONETTE gaming, the statistical and inferential analyses of the results, and the findings of the analyses. Also included in the report is a detailed description of the three combat scenarios used in the study. (Author)
