The Mission Trade-Off Methodology (MTOM) Model: User's Manual.

Abstract

The MTOM programs provide a means for evaluating the relative cost-effectiveness of proposed aircraft modifications for the purpose of enhancing survivability. There are two programs: MTO/E (mission trad-off/effectiveness) model and MTO/C (mission trade-off/cost) model. This report is designed to enable the user to prepare the inputs for the MTOM programs. The report explicitly explains formats, outputs, the relationships of inputs to outputs, and the limitations and restrictions on the inputs. (Author)
