Abstract
The Phase I investigation described in this report was made as part of the National Dam Safety Program. This program is being implemented by the Secretary of the Army, through the Corps of Engineers, in response to the National Dam Inspection Act, Public Law 92-367, dated August 8, 1972. The purpose of this inspection is to determine by visual inspection supplemented by a review of available literature, if the dam constitutes a hazard to human life or property.
