MX: Milestone II. Final Environmental Impact Statement. Volume I. Program Overview.

Abstract

The Full-Scale Engineering Development decision point in a system acquisition program is referred to as a Milestone II. At this milestone, the Defense Systems Acquisition Review Council (DSARC) is to reaffirm the need for the program and to assess the degree to which the program will achieve desired system performance within cost and schedule limitations.
