F-100 Turbine Engine Afterburner Emission Tests

Abstract

The afterburner exhaust emissions from three F-100-P-100 engines were measured. Emission rates of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen were calculated. Smoke numbers were also measured.
