Abstract

The inspection was performed pursuant to the authority granted by The National Dam Inspection Act, Public Law 92-367, to the Secretary of the Army, through the Corps of Engineers, to conduct inspections of dam throughout the United States. The purpose of this inspection is to determine if the dam constitutes a hazard to human life or property.
