Lift Caused by Air Shock Loading of a Scaled Model Structure.

Abstract

Experimental results obtained from the air blast loading of a model structure for various ground clearances are reported. Pressure-time traces are presented as a function of transducer positions on the top and bottom of the model, the ground clearance of model, and the input blast pressure. Comparisons are made between the shock tube scaled model results and those for a full size field structure. (Author)
