Reliability Growth Projection.

Abstract

This technical report presents two general procedures for projecting reliability growth. One provides for the adjustment of an actual growth curve for a similar system by the use of K-factors. The other assumes the Duane reliability growth model and requires estimation of the starting point and the reliability growth constant. (Author)
