Packaging and Shipping Analysis of the LN-14 Platform Module.
Abstract
The packaging analysis of the LN-14 Platform Module revealed that the cushioning material in test pack contained a combination of densities and formulations which reduced the effectiveness of the pack. It was also determined that the fiberboard inserts of the inner carton allowed the platform to 'roll' inside the inner carton if the platform was not properly positioned in the pack. (Author)
