Some Properties of Bottom-Up Cellular Pyramids.

Abstract

The formal language recognition capabilities of bottom-up pyramid cellular acceptors are examined. The main result establishes that deterministic bottom-up pyramid acceptors are weaker than deterministic bounded cellular array acceptors, in both one and two dimensions. (Author)
