Five Year Plan for Space Test Program.

Abstract

Examined available systems, services, and test methods afforded by the Shuttle to conduct space experiments. Assumed pathfinder role for DoD towards the full utilization of the Shuttle by developing (1) Common Support Equipment for astronaut assisted Sortie flights, and (2) cost effective approaches for primary and secondary free-flying spacecraft.
