Excimer Potential Curves

Abstract

This report describes the present status of our effort to develop and implement semi-empirical and theoretical methods for obtaining potential curves of diatomic excimer systems. The basic theory of the semi-empirical electorn scattering model is reviewed and the results of preliminary calculations on LiHe are presented.
