Interband Transitions of Semiconducting Oxides Determined from Photoelectrolysis Spectra.

Abstract

Measurements of the quantum efficiency of the photoelectrolysis of water, using semiconducting oxide anodes of high conductivity approximately equal to 1 omega cm, are used to determine the energies of the interband transitions of the oxides.
