Reserve Component Unit Evaluation Analysis. Volume II.

Abstract

This report documents research and presents methodology used to develop options for implementing Reserve Component unit evaluations using the Army Training and Evaluations program (ARTEP) to determine and select cost-effective options, and to design an assessment system based on the selected options for different type unit with consideration of unit deployment objectives. The report also provides recommendations for substituting qualified noncommissioned officers for officer evaluators in selected positions in conducting evaluations with ARTEP. Finally, the report provides a survey classification of training sites suitable for conducting ARTEP evaluations. (Author)
