Construction Contract Type Selection Procedures.

Abstract

This report presents the results of research to produce guidance for contract type selection for construction procurement actions. A flow diagram and coordinated text are used to explain the various contracting methods available, describe the situations where each method could be appropriate, and indicate the advantages/disadvantages of each.
