EXEMPT Programmers Manual.

Abstract

EXEMPT is a computer program which functions as a executive routine that interfaces with computer program models desribing electromagnetic pulse (EMP) coupling to aircraft subsystems. As it now exists, EXEMPT is a modification of an earlier version which was difficult to use and which could be used only with B-1 aircraft subsystem models. It was necessary to modify that version to produce a code which would be more user oriented and which could interface with computer program models of EMP coupling to other aircraft subsystems. These modifications have been accomplished, and this report documents the result. (Author)
