Evaluation of Multiport Single-Fiber Fiber-Optic Couplers.

Abstract

This report evaluates the performance of multiport fiber-optic couplers designed for use with single-fiber cables in data-bus systems. The effort was part of the Fiber-Optic Device Technology Program, the purposes of which are to develop and evaluate the feasibility and practicability of Naval fiber-optic technology. (Author)
