Abstract

This final report summarizes activities conducted to develop a Criterion-Referenced Tests (CRTs) Construction Manual. Major accomplishments were the preparation of a written review of the literature on Criterion- Referenced Testing, identification of needed research to help achieve a more consistent, unified Criterion-Referenced Test (CRT) Model, and development of an easy-to-use, 'How-to-do-it' manual to assist Army test developers in the construction of CRTs.
