An overview of a tank crew training program incorporating a tank analysis of tank crew functions and the results of research on the reported difficulties of tank crew members during training. The paper outlines major events during the annual training process; training on sub-task followed by debriefing techniques and overall evaluation of the M6A1AOS gunnery program.
