Sex-Specific Stereotyping, Reward Systems, and Response Patterns in Work Groups: Summary of Research Activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this report was to summarize research and reporting activities designed to investigate the general validity of a theoretical model describing the psychosocial dynamics of sex discrimination in work groups and conducted under the subject contract.
