Evaluation of Second Destination Transportation Funding. (U. S. Army),

Abstract

The purpose of the evaluation is to improve the management of funds used for second destination movements of materiel within the Defense Transportation System (DTS) and to develop methods to express in programmatic terms the Army SDT requirements for the program objective memorandum (POM). The evaluation is limited to Army-wide budgeting, finance and accounting, transportation, and resources management applicable to the Army second destination transportation (SDT) funding program.
