Analysis to Determine Functional and Systems Requirements for an On-Line Structure and Composition System (SACS). Report of Task C. Data Analysis of Accuracy and Timeliness.

Abstract

The current PERSACS and LOGSACS products were analyzed and evaluated for an overall objective of determining whether or not the data produced are timely and accurate. The report documents specific instances of untimeliness and inaccurate data and questions the TAADS data flow constraints established by the management of change (MOC) study which does not constrain data flow in all force structure systems.
