Computer Controlled ESR.
Abstract
Research in the development and application of a computer-controlled EPR spectrometer is described. The limitations and advantages of the computer are discussed in conjunction with studies on unstable organic radical ions, precision of g-factor and hyperfine splitting, measurements, line-shape analysis and determination of transient lifetimes. The computer permitted considerably greater precision in analytical measurements allowing accuracies of + or - 1%. Various data processing algorithms are also briefly discussed. (Author)
