Organizational Survey Assessment Package for Air Force Organizations.

Abstract

Development of an Organizational Assessment Package (OAP) to support the Air Force Leadership and Management Development Center (LMDC) is presented. The model on which the OAP was developed is presented, followed by the development process and factors isolated. Relationships between background data and criteria are tabulated, and recommendations for an operational OAP and printout formats are outlined. (Author)
