Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report data. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Jackson Summit Reservoir Dam was judged to be unsafe, non-emergency due to a seriously inadequate spillway. Additional maintenance actions were recommended. (Author)
