Abstract
The report is designed to encourage the National Park Service and locals to improve their beaches using non-structural methods. The report is divided into 3 volumes- VOL. 1-main report, Vol 2 Technical report, Vol. 3 Reconnaissance reports. Vol. 1 discussed the study area in general with recommendations and conclusions. Vol. 2 discussed in detail the erosion and accretion causing elements. Vol. 3 individual town and National Park Service reconnaissance reports describing each area, discussing the problems and suggesting solutions. (Author)
