Minimum Data Requirements for the Development of Training Devices.

Abstract

This report defines the minimum data requirements for the development of training simulators and suggests cost-effective procedures for obtaining these data. Recommendations are given for contract clauses, Data Item Descriptions, and procedures which should help in obtaining and keeping current the prime materiel system data required to develop the training device so that it can be tested in parallel with the prime system.
