The High Performance Molecular Exclusion Chromatography of PGBx.

Abstract

This report describes a high performance molecular exclusion chromatographic (HPMEC) separation of a prostaglandin derivative that yields information concerning the distribution of components according to molecular size. It should be useful in describing the homogeneity of prostaglandin derivative preparations. (Author)
