MMCLIB: A Computer Code for Stress Analysis Using the Modified Mapping-Collocation Method.

Abstract

A computer code for the solution of a wide variety of plane isotropic stress problems using the modified mapping-collocation method is presented. The mathematical approach, capabilities, and structure of the code are examined. Finally, a sample problem is solved to illustrate the ease with which stress solutions can be obtained utilizing the code. (Author)
