Automation and Generation of the Army's Logistic Resource Annex (LRA) to the FYDP.

Abstract

The Logistic Resource Annex (LRA), a document to supplement periodic updates of the Five Year Defense Plan (FYDP), relates logistic resources (manpower and TOA dollars) to a comprehensive set of logistic functions defined by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower, Reserve Affairs and Logistics (OASD-MRA and L). The LRA described in the report is intended to serve internal needs of the Army and to satisfy the requirements of OASD (MRA and L) for a logistic annex to the FYDP.
