Design and Development of ELIM-IV/COMPLIP-G3.

Abstract

This study provided several enhancements and extensions to the ELIM-COMPLIP manpower strength forecasting system. Primary enhancements included expanding the maximum number of characteristics groups from 4 to 40 and the development of a linear programming methodology for Career Force Optimization over a fixed years of service distribution objective.
