The 18 foot wide broadcrested spillway was originally three feet below the top of the dam, but has been raised a few inches. A gate structure, located on the upstream side, has been sealed off and the control on the 12-inch blowoff pipe is located in a valve pit near the downstream toe. This pipe is the only known pipe in the embankment and has no upstream closure control. Location: City of Lebanon and North Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, U.S. Quadrangle, Lebanon, PA.
