Analysis of the Emissions from Storage Tanks during JP-4 Fuel Transfer Operations. Phase II. Cold Weather Conditions.

Abstract

The objective of this program was to determine the amount of JP-4 vapor emitted to the atmosphere during fuel transfer operations. Emissions from 50,000 gallon underground operating tanks and analyzed by a total hydrocarbon analyzer containing a flame ionization detector.
