Correlation Techniques for Deep Space 'Uncorrelated Targets'.

Abstract

The surveillance fences of SPACETRACK detect and track a large number of space objects that do not correlate with known objects in the satellite catalog. This note describes the techniques developed at the Millstone Hill Radar for the analysis of these uncorrelated targets. (Author)
