Cost-Allocation for AUTODIN: An Economic Analysis. Volume 2: Technical Appendices.

Abstract

The theoretical basis for a usage-sensitive rate structure for DCA's AUTODIN I network is developed and applied to a simulation using sample data to develop sample rates and to assess the possible budgetary effects of implementing such a structure.
