A Report on Atmospheric Obstructions to Visibility. Volume II. Results of Literature Search.

Abstract

The aims and objectives of this report were to collect and assimilate information and synthesize data on the effects of atmospheric obstructions to visibility. A large part of the total study effort involved an extensive literature search and compilation of a reference and abstract bibliography related to atmospheric effects on visibility. This Volume II includes both the extensive bibliography and abstracts of selected publications related to atmospheric obstructions to visibility and related topics. The information contained in this volume was oriented to the non-specialist. (Author)
