Sensitivity of HF Blackout Predictions to Atmospheric Minor Neutral Species.

Abstract

This report presents most recent progress in a series of studies related to the sensitivity of HF wave absorption to atmospheric parameters. The sensitivity to atmospheric minor neutral species is presented, with emphasis on the recovery phase of an HF system following nuclear blackout.
