Theory and Applications of Generalized Walsh Functions in Digital Systems.

Abstract

This is a final technical report on the theory and applications of generalized Walsh functions in digital systems. Research accomplishments in the areas of Walsh-Transform solution of difference equations; development of an algorithm for sequency ordering of Hadamard functions; development of a general two-parameter orthogonal transformation matrix; and analysis of the stochastic behavior of digital combinational circuits are summarized. Reprints are attached.
