Evaluation of Mk 98 Mod 0 Fire Control System Fault Detection and Isolation Software.

Abstract

Random sampling was used to select hardware faults to evaluate the fault detection capabilities of Mk 98 Mod 0 maintenance software. This report contains the test plan and an analysis of the test results. The evaluation effort produced an overall gross figure-of-merit for the software, and identified several areas for which in-depth studies would be appropriate. (Author)
