A Radioactive Source Accountability and Management System - Revised Version.

Abstract

An accountability and management system has been designed to aid its user by providing information necessary for the safe and prudent management of large groups of sources of ionizing radiation. This revised system is automated by computer programs written in FORTRAN for NRL's Texas Instruments Advanced Scientific Computer. It has been designed to furnish necessary accountability information on a timely and economical basis. In addition, it provides an efficient and relatively simple device for the management of essential, routine, applied radiological safety surveillance functions. (Author)
