Viscous Attenuation of the Fourier Components of a Shock Wave from the Explosion of a One-Half Pound Charge in Sea Water,

Abstract

Methods are applied to the calculation of the relative energy distribution among the frequency components of a shock wave at various distances from the explosion of a one-half pound charge in sea water. The mathematical details are summarized in Appendix I.
